Vliv podmínek skladování na mikrobiologickou kvalitu potravin živočišného původu
Krcháková, Kateřina
This work deals with the issue of microbiological degradation of food of animal origin depending on environmental conditions, which can inhibit or support the development of microorganisms. The work includes an overview of the most important microorganisms focusing on their metabolism and the principle of negative effects on food. The practical side of the thesis is based on laboratory experiments and sample analyzes of some of the most common representatives of food of animal origin – ham and hard cheese. Samples of these foods were stored in different environments and their microbiological contamination was subsequently determined. The results were processed into graphical and tabular outputs emphasizing the influence of the given environment on the level of food contamination.
Analýza růstu okouna říčního \kur{Perca fluviatilis} v nádržích České republiky
KŘÍŽOVÁ, Marie
This thesis summarises published knowledge on factors affecting the growth of European perch Perca fluviatilis and evaluates its growth characteristics in five chosen reservoirs using otolith analysis. The growth differs between reservoirs and this differences are explained by reservoir characteristics applying correlation analysis followed by linear regression. Otolith analyses shows that females reach bigger sizes than males. Several reservoir characteristics are proven to effect European perch growth of age classes of 0+ to 5+ and its annual size increment.
Dynamics of selected hematological and biochemical parameters in blood plasma of calves in relation to environmental conditions.
BENDA, Michal
The aim of my thesis is to evaluated the dynamics of selected hematological and biochemical parameters in blood plasma of calves reared in different environmental conditions. Totally were collected 120 blood samples of calves in age of 1 to 124 days. The animals came from three different breeds with different ways of rearing. The total blood parameters tested in all observed groups were in the normal range. Dynamics of selected hematological and biochemical parameters in blood plasma of calves in all groups were relatively similar. It is clear that the calves, while preserving the basic animal hygiene conditions of livestock, can cope with the effects of different technologies of rearing and environmental conditions.
